Ian’s first book, Cooking for Kings,
was filmed as the Channel 4 documentary, Regency Banquet, written
and presented by Ian Kelly. He also wrote, presented and cooked for the Richard & Judy series A Taste of the Past, tracing the evolution of British food from 1066 to 1805. He appears regularly on the UKFood network, and has presented documentaries for the History Channel and with CBS in the USA (Sunday Morning). |
